In an age when business compensation for women averages 80% on the dollar of what their men counterparts make, these powerful ladies shattered the glass ceiling and continue to show their power.Topping the Forbes list was Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook COO at #1. PepsiCo CEO and chair Indra Nooyi came in at #2, with Forbes citing that among, other things, she returned $5.6 billion in returns to shareholders last year while growing Net Revenue by 14%. Rounding out the Top 5 were Irene Rosenfeld #3, the CEO of Kraft followed by Ginni Rometty #4, CEO of IBM and Ursula Burns #5, chair and CEO of Xerox.
